We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Reconciliation Analyst** to join our Finance department.

**What you will be doing**:

- Analyze, reconcile and or review accounting accounts.
- Identify accounting adjustments and interact with various teams in Spanish and English.
- Follow quarterly monthly accounting closing routines.
- Control the preparation of tax inputs and follow up on their presentation and/or payment.
- Analyze and present variations of asset and expense accounts.
- Provide direct support to the Controllers Attend to external audit requirements
- Collaborate in the improvement of the processes in charge, proposing ideas and being an active manager and intermediary with other technology experts for their implementation.

**Requirements**:

- Student or graduate of the careers of Business Administration Accountant.
- Experience in general accounting tasks.
- Intermediate English.
- Intermediate advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in customer expectation management.
- Proactive, decisive and you feel comfortable in a changing environment.
