Main Purpose:

Main Purpose

Crude stock reconciliation and control, resolves issues, work with suppliers and staff to overcome conflict and to provide quality information, in order to achieve the general objectives of the department.

Issuing service invoices requested for the different areas of the company.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- University Degree in Accounting, Administration, International Business or similar.
- Experience in stock reconciliation preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to establish adequate personal relationships;
- Analytical capacity and ability to work under pressure. Ability to solve problems in adequate way.
- Customer Service Oriented.
- Quick learner.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Team player

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible of Crude reconciliation and control of the stock in the system (check that ERP systems reflects the same information than physical stock certificates issued by the production plant).
- Creation, modification and follow up of Purchase Orders and product receptions in the system.
- Coordinate with the Account Payable area the booking of product´s purchase invoices.
- Responsible for invoicing all the services provided by the company.
