**What is this position about?
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to work alongside a US-based healthcare company that has a strong presence nationwide, with thousands of stores located across the country. The company is dedicated to providing accessible healthcare solutions and promoting overall well-being for its customers.

**What will I be doing?
- Analyze use cases and understand client objectives to identify core problems and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients to design, develop, and deliver exceptional dashboards and data sources that exceed expectations.
- Utilize your expertise in creating advanced BI dashboards with interactive charts.
- Perform data analysis tasks using SQL, including the creation and maintenance of necessary database tables, data validation and testing, and optimization of fact tables for reporting purposes.

**What expertise do I need?
- Background in Economics, business or related.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to across teams.
- Advanced experience in SQL with focus on data analysis.
- 1 year experience using data visualization tools, Tableau preferred.
- Experience working with remote, multicultural teams is a plus.

**What about languages?
Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must

How much experience must I have?

To thrive in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst and strong background in SQL and data visualization tools.
