Empresa ubicada en WTC Free Zone, con presencia en LATAM y USA, que brinda servicios profesionales al exterior, está en busca de un(a) Finance & Administration Assistant
La persona que ocupe la posición tendrá, entre otras, las siguientes responsabilidades:
Velar por la correcta gestión administrativa contable de la empresa, con énfasis en facturación y cobranzas.
Registrar la información administrada y procesada en el sistema de gestión, incluyendo los movimientos bancarios.
Realizar las conciliaciones bancarias, plataformas de cobranza y el arqueo de caja.
Colaborar en la realización de la facturación y la registración de la cobranza.
Elaborar reporte de saldo de bancos.
Colaborar en la elaboración del reporte de cuentas a cobrar.
**Realizar la gestión administrativa contable de proveedores**: conciliación, preparación de pagos, contacto, seguimiento y procesamiento de la documentación correspondiente.
Elaborar reportes de cuentas a pagar.
Brindar a otros sectores de la empresa información vinculada al status del pago de clientes.
Colaborar en la contabilidad de las oficinas del grupo.
Colaborar en la confección de balances para clientes.
**Requisitos**:
Estudios terciarios relacionados a las carreras de Ciencias Económicas
Experiência superior a 1 año ejerciendo roles similares
Idiomas inglés y portugués
