**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Proporcionar nível general de asistencia de 1 Centro de Servicios de Recursos Humanos para los empleados, directivos y personal de recursos humanos dentro de la región / territorio definido.
- Facilitar la formación de procesos y sistemas relacionados con recursos humanos con los empleados, gerentes y personal de recursos humanos (podría involucrar a viajar a otros destinos internacionales para las sesiones en persona).
- Actuar como un champion para impulsar el cambio y mantener la estrategia de prestación de servicios de recursos humanos.
- Resolver y dar respuesta a los problemas del cliente de nível 1 y preguntas que implican las políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos en general (las preguntas y cuestiones serán capturados y se gestionan formalmente en un sistema de gestión de casos y de manera informal a través de correo electrónico corporativo).
- Trabajar con otros miembros del equipo de operaciones de recursos humanos para identificar áreas de mejora y renovar la experiência del usuario de forma proactiva con nuestros procesos de recursos humanos, políticas y sistemas.
- Participar en las pruebas del sistema Workday para las actualizaciones y mejoras.
- Compartir con los lideres de HROps las necesidades de los clientes e implusar planes de mejora para la satisfacción de las mismas.

**¿Qué experiência necesita?**
- 1 año de experiência Atención al cliente.
- Dominio de Inglés nível avanzado.
- Conocimientos en aplicaciones de Google y Microsoft.
- 1 año de experiência en el uso de CRM.

**¿Qué podría diferenciarte?**
- Demostrar excelentes aptitudes comunicativas.
