**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**Responsibilities**
- Managing a software development team and mentoring the team and striving for excellence in project delivery
- Enabling communications and information exchange with other teams
- Preparation and review of the release and environment strategy
- Facilitating the preparation of release and sprint vision and goals
- Facilitating pre and post planning meetings
- Creation and maintenance of release calendars and iterative planning cycles
- Providing project status visibility to the team and stakeholders at various levels
- Help team members build and adjust their professional development plans
- Work on constant process improvements to achieve higher satisfaction for the team and greater value to the client

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of successful project management experience
- Experience in managing all stages of the project life cycle
- Experience with building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to identify and promote new opportunities within an account
- Experience with mentoring and leading other project managers
- Experience in pre-sales and proposal preparation
- Experience with teams of over 30 people
- Knowledge and ability to customize development processes
- Confidence in communicating and working with people
- Advanced level or higher in spoken and written English

**Nice to have**
- Product mindset
- Knowledge of Agile Frameworks
- Experience managing a group of projects and tracking the status of implementation
- Experience in analyzing project risks and pitfalls, recommending solutions
