**Eron International** is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our Risk and Compliance department

What will you be doing?
- Managing various risks, including internal control management.
- Implementing and executing operational risk management tools such as:

- Risk and control assessment
- Identification and measurement of risk impacts and probabilities
- Control effectiveness
- Incident response
- Incident analysis and database
- Process mapping
- Monitoring and reporting main risks, including the creation of risk indicators.
- Managing internal controls related to financial risks, such as liquidity risk and market risk.
- Effectively challenging the first line of defense in all matters of prevention and remediation.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in risk management and internal controls management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle conflicting ideas.
- Proficiency in incident management.
- Knowledgeable in SOX and COSO; other recognized risk and control frameworks and/or certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus, especially Portuguese.
- Experience in international institutions is a plus.
- Experience in business continuity is a plus.
