Technical Project Manager Unlockcommerce

As a Technical Project Manager in our company you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your project management skills, and will be responsible for driving the implementation work for several clients. You will collaborate with both external clients and our internal teams to create project plans, set timelines and drive the implementation work. You will deliver an unsurpassed client experience while ensuring the success of our clients’ implementations. You will be the client’s main point of contact and act as a liaison between all team members working with a client. You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring the client has a successful implementation.

Responsibilities and Duties_**
- Create a thorough project plan and timeline to help the client and internal partners know expectations and due dates.
- Ensure the client understands key deliverables and milestones and is committed to the project
- Track and document the client’s progression through implementation and ensure all stakeholders have the information they need.
- Act as the client’s main resource providing ongoing check-in meetings and finding answers to any questions the client may have.
- First point of contact for Client’s escalations
- Collaborate with all internal partners including other team members.
- Participate in continued process improvement while working in a highly collaborative and team focused environment.
- Typically works on projects within the parameters of standard implementation processes as defined by project management leaders
- Generally, will work with mid-sized clients
- Collaborate with customers to gather and document customer business requirements
- Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations
- Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
- Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets

**_ Qualifications and Skills_**
- Experience prioritizing issues and maintaining multiple detailed projects simultaneously using good time management
- Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations
- Technical aptitude and ability to clearly communicate known issues
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment where you are a self-starter
- Logical, analytical and detail oriented
- Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations
- Demonstrated success as a customer facing consultant; experience in translating customer business requirements into workable software solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English plus strong presentation skills

- Understanding & experience with NetSuite SuiteCommerce modules
- Experience with NetSuite full cycle implementation projects
- Experience with SuiteCommerce full cycle implementation projects
