**What will I be doing?**:
- Develop, implement, and own our people attraction strategy, working closely with business unit heads.
- Mentor, grow and develop our recruitment team.
- Be responsible for and manage the entire engagement cycle from start to finish and ensure all IT and Non IT team objectives are met.
- Prepare monthly reporting activities.
- Ensure the hiring process is efficiently delivered to all global teams.
- Engage with Management to understand hiring needs and deliver efficient TA strategie.
**What skills do I need?**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field.
- At least 5 years of solid recruiting experience in a top-tier company, either external or internal.
- Strong sense of integrity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- English is a must.
- Experience leading teams.
- Creative mindset.
