The Distribution product team is responsible for delivering industry leading connectivity for thousands of hotels around the world. Sr. Product Manager - Commission Payments is responsible for daily operations for of SynXis Commissions Payment, supporting international customers, account management team and Hospitality Solutions stakeholders to answer operational product questions.
Supervision and active handling of the entire process of registering new customers for the product including monitoring incoming payments of the required security deposit. Releasing access to the “SynXis Commissions Payment” service product and activating of Data Feed in SynXis CRS. Monitoring and maintaining the data quality of existing and new travel agencies through regular, bi-weekly data exchange with the relevant organization (IATA International Air Transport Association). Creation of profiles for new travel agencies on request. Preparation and monitoring of weekly data transfers of worldwide commission payments to travel agencies. Checking the current account balances of our hotel customers on a regular basis. Compliance with the upper limits in connection with a security payment for each data processing. Processing and monitoring of commission payment complaints. Identification and collection of operational needs to streamline and ease (daily) working processes.Requirements for the position
Customer and service oriented Detail Oriented Good communication skills Familiarity with payment processing systems and commission structures Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage Ability to assess and improve operational processes through data-driven insights. Strong skills in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions, especially regarding commission payment complaints and data quality.Benefits
