Orientamos la búsqueda a profesionales con conocimiento técnico en ingeniería o disciplinas afines, que cuenten con sólida experiencia comercial y habilidades de liderazgo.
Requisitos:
- Manejo fluido de inglés.
- Portugués (no excluyente).
- Disponibilidad para viajar al exterior.
Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar la línea de negocios a nivel regional e internacional.
- Gestionar los diferentes proyectos a través de herramientas y software de seguimiento.
- Proporcionar soluciones técnicas y de preventa para las necesidades de los clientes.
- Coordinar los recursos de soporte de preventa, incluido el desarrollo de producto, la ingeniería y el soporte técnico.
- Definir requerimientos comerciales, diseñar soluciones que aumenten y mejoren los procesos comerciales.
- Participar en la estrategia de CRM dentro del desarrollo de productos.
- Desarrollar y fomentar relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
- Apoyar, coordinar y comunicarse con departamentos internos, distribuidores externos y representantes corporativos.
- Participar en el equipo de ISO 9001 para asegurar la documentación y capacitación para el cumplimiento del esquema de calidad.
