We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in the United States market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry and a passion for driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
  • Lead the sales team to increase performance and achieve targets
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast future sales and set realistic objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure resources are used efficiently
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies
  • Address any challenges or obstacles that arise in the sales process

Requirements:

  • Advanced student or graduate in Public Accounting, Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a similar field
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Native English speaker
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
