We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Sportradar. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive sales and account management.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about delivering results-driven solutions to clients in the sports betting industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations;
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on their business needs and goals;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies and projects;
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience;
- At least 2 years of demonstrated success in a sales or business development role in the gambling industry;
- Strong understanding of the sports betting ecosystem and market trends;
- Able to think analytically and navigate complex sales cycles;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to adapt to diverse client needs;
- Self-motivation and discipline, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Polished Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills;
- Collaborative and able to work well with others as part of a team;
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize work accordingly;
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
