We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager in Montevideo who has prior experience in projects defining strategy or resolving innovation challenges, as well as experience in the AgriFoodTech sector and working with startups. In this role, you will assist corporate clients in their process of transforming their businesses through disruptive innovation and strategic alliances with global AgriFoodTech startups.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and structure program content aligned with Eatable's acceleration methodology.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities and manage program resources efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, investors, and mentors.
  • Organize events, workshops, and training sessions for participating startups.
  • Monitor and evaluate startup performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Offer expert guidance on business development, market strategies, and scalability.
  • Ensure startups have access to necessary resources, including funding, infrastructure, and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the program and its activities effectively.
  • Foster synergies between participating startups and other AgriFoodTech initiatives.
  • Coordinate mentorship and networking activities between startups and industry experts.
  • Implement project management best practices to guarantee the success of scheduled activities.

As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for leading a high-potential team and driving results-oriented projects. Your extensive knowledge of the AgriFoodTech sector, including its value chain, market dynamics, business models, and key players, is essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in AgriFoodTech innovation, working with startups and corporations within the ecosystem, management, or strategic consultancy.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead a high-potential team.
  • Advanced understanding of entrepreneurship and innovation approaches, including business model innovation, design thinking, lean startup, and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated passion for making a positive impact on society and the food system.
  • Natural curiosity, learning, and discovery traits.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English (C1) and Spanish (C2), both written and spoken.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive fixed salary of approximately €60,000 per year, complemented by an attractive variable salary plan based on objectives.
