Business Development Manager

En aeros nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un profesional con un marcado perfil comercial para unirse como Business Development Manager a nuestra compañía, el cual trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de marketing y ventas.
**Misión**:
Su misión será impulsar el crecimiento y el éxito comercial dentro de aeros en la región. Desarrollará una red de contactos para atraer nuevos clientes, investigar y captar nuevas oportunidades de mercado, supervisar proyectos de crecimiento, realizando proyecciones de ventas y pronosticando ingresos, en línea con los ingresos proyectados.
**Funciones y responsabilidades**: Analizar y estudiar el mercado a fin de identificar qué estrategias son las más adecuadas para el negocio. Para ello, usa diferentes herramientas: encuestas, entrevistas o focus groups. Estudiar la competencia en el nicho en que trabaja, la evolución de su tendencia, la calidad del producto o servicio, su imagen de marca y el precio que ofrece. Implementar una política comercial para la empresa, definiendo las reglas bajo las cuales se regirán las relaciones económicas entre la organización y los individuos locales u otras entidades externas. Elaborar los argumentos de venta para alcanzar los objetivos de comercialización. Atraer nuevos clientes, siempre en constante búsqueda y forjando relaciones comerciales que beneficien a la organización. Encabezar todo tipo de negociaciones, logrando las mejores condiciones para la empresa, a la vez que se cubren las necesidades del cliente. Diseñar y desarrollar la política comercial y de marketing en línea con la estrategia marcada por la compañía. Trabajar bajo los estándares de calidad en términos de seguridad, legislación y calidad del producto. Ser el intermediario perfecto entre la empresa y el cliente con el objetivo de satisfacer a ambas partes pero siempre teniendo claro la rentabilidad y la ganancia de la compañía a la que representa.

**Requisitos**:
Contar con al menos 2 años de experiência previa desarrollando cartera de clientes en la región de referencia. Graduados de carreras económicas, administración, o a fines. Capacidad para establecer relaciones y mantener una comunicación efectiva con clientes potenciales. Conocimiento de herramientas de CRM y software de gestión de ventas. Excelentes habilidades de negociación, proactividad. Aptitud para la investigación y la identificación de oportunidades en el mercado Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno orientado a resultados. Conocimientos en entornos Cloud es un plus. Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable)
