Objetivo del Rol


Nuestro rol de Customer Support Team Lead tiene como objetivo liderar al Equipo de Colaboradores, para que éste logre a pleno su potencial, en pro de lograr los resultados establecidos por la Organización.


¿Cuáles son las principales tareas?

  • Gestionaras un equipo de colaboradores generando instrucciones, dirección y guía, además deberás asegurarte de que los mismos cuenten con capacitaciones y herramientas necesarias para ejecutar las tareas.
  • Realizaras reuniones mensuales con los colaboradores manteniendo el foco en el desarrollo y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Trabajar en cooperación con los colegas y encargados de área, para asesorar sobre la forma más eficiente y eficaz de guiar a las personas hacia nuestros objetivos de calidad y productividad.
  • Deberás buscar continuamente oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia y la eficacia.
  • Participarás de proyectos e iniciativas.

¿Qué necesitas para postularte a esta posición?

  • Idiomas: portugués escrito y hablado a nível nativo excluyente.
  • Idioma Inglés escrito y hablado nível intermedio.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, correo electrónico.
  • Nível de estudio terciario en curso.
  • Experiência de mínimo 1 año en el Rol (preferentemente en Contact Centers).
  • Motivado para cumplir objetivos.
  • Trabaja en equipo.
  • Comunicación efectiva.
  • Empatía.
  • Gestión de las emociones.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo.
  • Capacidad de análisis.
Disponibilidad horaria 16:00 a 1:00 libres Domingo y Lunes
