Lead Technician para Parque Eolico Maldonado.

  • Soporte a nível de sitio al Site Coordinator (SC). Operar como una extensión del Site Coordinator. Esto significa interactuar con los clientes, los técnicos del sitio y los proveedores externos según sea necesario para respaldar las operaciones diarias del sitio.
  • Liderar la Cultura de Seguridad/Calidad en el sitio.

Asistir en el desarrollo cultural:

Es decir, ayudar a liderar o crear la cultura de seguridad, calidad y trabajo en el sitio cuando sea necesario.


  • Reporte cualquier incidencia y/o violación de HSE, Calidad, etc. al Coordinador del Sitio inmediatamente.
  • Liderar reuniones de seguridad diarias, supervisar la carga de trabajo del equipo en sitio y prevenir incidentes con acciones proactivas.
  • En colaboración con el SC, producir o apoyar el proceso de los informes entregables del Parque Eólico. Esto incluye seguimiento de planes de acción, informes NCC, informes de inspección, informes de reparación, etc.
  • Apoyar la gestión y prever la necesidad de utillajes especializados, inventario, mantenimiento, calibraciones, etc.
  • Apoye el sitio con las creación y asignación de órdenes de servicio, control de inventario, etc.
  • Tener un conocimiento práctico de los acuerdos contractuales del servicio del sitio asignado y ayudar a garantizar que los equipos se operen dentro de sus pautas.
  • Impulsar mejoras continuas en los procesos.
  • Mantenimiento Preventivo, Correctivo y Predictivo de aerogeneradores.
  • Preparar el plan del día y asignar tareas al equipo humano de sitio, en estrecha comunicación con el Site Coordinator.
  • Asegúrese de que el equipo a nível del sitio esté trabajando de manera segura, realizando el trabajo de acuerdo con las instrucciones de trabajo y trabajando de manera eficiente.
  • Comunicación a nível de sitio con el cliente y proveedores según acuerdo previo con el SC.
  • Asegure el envío oportuno de toda la documentación requerida (listas de verificación de preventivos, documentación de DM/actualización, órdenes de trabajo, hojas de tiempos, informes de gastos, etc.).
  • Escale los problemas técnicos al Site Coordinator o comuníquese directamente con los equipos de soporte (PTS) de primer y segundo nível.
  • Realice el inventario del sitio según sea necesario y/o programado por el Site Coordinator.
  • Solicitud de consumibles y otros suministros de oficina, según sea necesario o según lo indique el SC
  • Asegúrese de que el embalaje, el etiquetado, etc. de las piezas que se enviarán fuera del sitio sean adecuados.
  • Estar motivado, ser capaz de pensar rápidamente y abordar los problemas a medida que surjan.
  • Se requiere capacidad para trabajar en un horario de trabajo flexible, junto con la capacidad para analizar y resolver problemas de manera independiente y eficiente.
  • En ocasiones, puede ser necesario viajar para apoyar otros sitios de parques eólicos de Siemens Gamesa dentro del país de locación
  • Participar activamente y cooperar para el desarrollo de nuevos procedimientos de campo mejorando las mejores prácticas en la flota que SGRE atienda.
  • Conocimientos/habilidades, educación y experiência preferidos:
  • Experiência en Dirección y/o Liderazgo de Equipos.
  • Comprensión y compromiso con una Cultura de Trabajo Seguro.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Experiência en resolución de conflictos.
