Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to cybersecurity in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide employees with information on cybersecurity best practices and how to protect the organization from cyber threats.
  • Work closely with our security teams to resolve customer questions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns are addressed.
  • Contribute to the overall security awareness efforts.
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of cybersecurity.

Qualifications:

About You:

Basic Qualifications:
years of experience required in customer service role
years of experience required in Cybersecurity

  • General knowledge of cybersecurity and the ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts to technical and nontechnical customers and employees.
  • Comfortable with presenting to groups, both inperson and virtually.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great work ethic and the ability to work well with multiple teams and departments.
  • Security + or equivalent certificate preferred.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field preferred.
