Responsibilities:
- Identify key technical objectives and provide solution recommendations for clients
- Manage client project portfolio including budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
- Coordinate resources, onboard project teams, and ensure successful project completion
- Ensure delivery processes are efficient, aligned with customer needs, and cost-effective
- Evaluate incoming requests and approve planned budget reports
- Collaborate with Account Managers to provide technical expertise to customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of projects effectively
- Desire to learn new technologies and troubleshoot issues
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in managing web development projects
- Technical background and familiarity with project management tools
