We are searching for a Product Manager to manage the CMDB product. As product manager you will be responsible for managing the CMDB, processes around the CMDB and data inputs. The role will report to the Head of Engineering.
The position will involve collaborating with senior management and all levels of engineering staff to create reports and validate all data sources.

**Essential Duties**: Identify data gaps and fill those gaps with either Tanium or Axonius sources Partner with data owners to rectify data quality issues Defines strategy and product roadmap for delivery and maintenance of an asset

Manages additional use cases, capabilities, and environments scope

Presents product strategy and roadmap at senior leadership / stakeholder level

Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders for effective problem solving solutions

Coordinates with business to relay and align business objectives with project in order to calibrate deliverables against expectations

Promote the product is adoption and use in business process and workflow

Ensure delivery of an asset is reliable, governed, and has reproducible architecture patterns

Work with D&A, Infrastructure, Security, Data Science to align vision and strategy

Ensure industry best practices and standards are brought in to keep the asset mature

Align with IT partners for architecture and industry best practices

Compliance to regulatory and security protocol

Driving features and capabilities to OdysseyRe, Hudson, Newline

Designs the process/architecture flow for how fields are designed and maintained putting together design documents, user guides, and metadata documentation

**Requisitos**:
Minimum 2 years of product management experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified above

Experience with managing a ServceNow based CMDB

Experience creating reports in ServiceNow

Experience creating complex presentations for senior management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to make difficult decisions in relation to data and to involve others sufficiently in the decision-making process

Ability to think creatively and connect across diverse points of information

Excellent results orientation and customer/user experience focus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills to easily convey complex ideas to Executives and Individual Contributors

Experience in defining and improving processes

Advanced level of English (it will be evaluated)
Education & Insurance Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field, or equivalent technical education in a directly related area

Knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance a plus
