About the Role:
TD SYNNEX is looking for our next **Junior Sales Ambassador.** Th is position holds significant importance in initiating and leading Microsoft's business expansion efforts in **Uruguay and Paraguay**. The incumbent is tasked with pivotal responsibilities, including recruiting new partners, positioning TD SYNNEX as a value-added distributor within the existing Microsoft ecosystem, and achieving a revenue target of 2 million by the close of fiscal year 2024.

**What You'll Do**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the initiation and execution of Microsoft's business strategies in Uruguay and Paraguay, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional goals, as outlined in SureStep.
- Take charge of recruiting and onboarding new partners, fostering collaborative relationships, and positioning TD SYNNEX as a trusted and value-added distributor within the Microsoft ecosystem, adhering to SureStep's guidelines and best practices.
- Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to meet partner program requirements and achieve revenue targets, leveraging both existing and prospective partner relationships, while adhering to SureStep's program guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with SureStep methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Operations, to optimize cross-functional efforts and maximize market penetration and revenue growth opportunities in line with SureStep strategies.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, tracking sales performance, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure on all sales opportunities, in accordance with SureStep's pipeline management principles.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for TD SYNNEX, embodying the company's values and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction while upholding SureStep's standards of excellence.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Demonstrated entry-level working knowledge of product, pricing, customer service and sales strategy.
- Demonstrated entry-level working knowledge of simple configuration solutions design, including tools, products and services, practices, procedures and methods.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and use appropriate tools to price simple configuration requests.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of sales and quoting systems.
- Demonstrated working-level attention to detail and the ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks based on identified process requirements.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
- Knowledge of distribution industry.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful business development strategies, particularly through ecosystem partnerships.

- Proficiency in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and strategic planning, aligned with SureStep methodologies.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all business dealings, consistent with SureStep principles.

**What We're Looking For**:
**Work Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of sales or business development experience in the software/technology industry more specific in Cloud.

**Education and Certification(s)**:

- Associate degree in business, IT or related field OR an equivalent combination of formal education, training and directly related job experience.
