**The team you’ll be part of**

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- Develop the full scope of the solution and lead the design team spanning Core, OSS/BSS and related areas, and across organizations, to achieve workable solutions
- Be the technical leader of projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or small teams, handle day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
- Be the leader of the troubleshooting of complex solutions, eventually attending emergencies in outages and other major/minor incidents
- Specify and design effective end-to-end solutions and architecture, through the high as well as low level design of architecture, to meet customer requirements
- Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions.
- Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for staff / workteam / taskforces.
**Your skills and experience**
- At least 10 years of experience in Telecom industry, with diverse background in many areas and functions
- At least 5 years as Solution Architect, including the definition of complex Telecom solutions and its design
- Experience leading design teams and coordinating project delivery activities
- Experience / Knowledge in ePC (evolved Packet Core) platforms deployed over public or private clouds
- Experience / Knowledge in IMS/VoX platforms deployed over public or private clouds
- English, Spanish, Portuguese
