**Requisitos**:
- Formación terciaria o estudiante avanzado en ingeniería en telecomunicaciones o campos relacionados.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en roles similares.
- Dominio de sistemas operativos Windows y Linux.
- Conocimiento de telefonía IP.
- Conocimiento en redes, incluyendo configuración de router, firewall y switch.
Valoramos:
- Conocimiento en virtualizaciones (VmWare/Prox Max).
- Conocimientos en ciberseguridad.
Responsabilidades: Generales:
- Conoce y cumple con el sistema de Gestión de Calidad, realiza las tareas definidas que le correspondan y busca la mejora continua proponiendo opciones para reducir
tiempos, defectos y costos.
- Realiza acciones con el fin de lograr la Satisfacción del Cliente y alcanzar relaciones
duraderas.
- Conoce y cumple con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa relacionados a sus tareas
- Logro de indicadores del área.
Técnicas:
- Atención telefónica, por correo electrónico y chat.
- Configuración de sistemas de diferentes complejidades.
- Visitas a instalaciones de clientes para solución de problemas técnicos.
- Documentación de cambios realizados.
- Asesoramiento a clientes en modificaciones y necesidades técnicas.
- Identificación de nuevas necesidades y oportunidades de mejora para elevar a Comercial.
