**The role we are offering you**:
We are looking for Technical Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team of people responsible for providing 24/7 operational support for key leveraged infrastructure components where our Civil Flight Services products run.

You will manage a team of technical experts across different areas and locations, providing 24/7 support to a highly-available and time-sensitive environment, ensuring seamless and consistent level of service through the different reporting channels.We operate with customers around the world which demands certain flexibility to be able to work outside normal business hours from time to time. - Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and mentorship to direct reports.
- Provide effective direction and communication of goals, initiatives and performance.
- Drive the achievement of each individual and team performance goals as a whole.- Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide various numerical analysis and summaries related to the operations
- Provide leadership coverage on bridge calls for high severity issues and handle escalations.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Knowledge on AWS Cloud, its components and services.
- Basic understanding of cloud formation Scripts, Terraform and Azure devops pipeline processes.
- General understanding of SDLC, patching, releases and software development at scale, Continuous Integration, and Delivery approaches.
- Basic understanding of networking, replication principles, and multi-datacenter operations.
- Good understanding of ITSM process, ITIL practices & other standard IT practices/procedures, particularly as they relate to the cloud.
- Basic understanding of Citrix technologies and IBM MQ is a plus.
