Sabre is looking to hire a Product Training Specialist based out of our Montevideo office This Trainer will instruct, facilitate and lead technical training courses on Sabre airline products for our external customers and internal team members.

**Responsibilities**:- Serve as SME for Sabre GDS products and maintain continuous self-learning with product updates- Participation in maintenance of training curriculum and assistance in development of computer assisted training materials- Interface with customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for course content- Liase with departments, divisions, or teams to ensure existing training programs meet customer needs- Administer assessments and evaluates student’s academic progress- Manage responsibilities for recurring training sessions

Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise on Sabre GDS products- Strong organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and deadlines- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal- Adaptability to different learning needs and an innovative approach to training delivery- Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team- Advanced computer software and Microsoft Office skills specifically in Powerpoint- Previous training background preferred- Bachelors degree preferred
