**The role we are offering you**:
This role will also work as a key technical specialist in collaboration with the Customer Service Representative and Engineering in all aspects of coordination and efforts to resolve technical issues. Are you ready to:

- Defines if issue resolution is needed across products (design), or only for the targeted device.
- Tests, integrates, and validates technical resolution before delivering it to the customer.
- Travels to customer sites to troubleshoot devices instability, simulation defects, reliability problems.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex issues by correcting problems on customer. environments or replicating and troubleshooting the issue in our labs.
- Gather client feedback and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Document issues and solutions and perform administrative tasks as required
- Provides training and coaching to less experienced team members.
- Consistent customer facing interactions during high severity situations.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Advanced computer software skills
- Advanced knowledge/experience on Microsoft Windows OS is required
- SQL knowledge is required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English written and oral communication skills
- Identify problems and be able to determine when appropriate escalation is required
- Team focused player who enjoys helping users overcome issues, understands and practices excellent customer service by providing quality and timely support.

**Nice to have skills**:

- UNIX/Linux knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge on Windows Server is a plus
