Our Global Events team mission is to deliver an overarching event strategy across the business. We are committed to creating an exceptional attendee experience across all of our events, face-to-face & hybrid, as well as digital

In this full-time remote role, you will collaborate with the global marketing and sales team to strategize, design and deliver key events. You’ll be involved in both internal and external event planning for EMEA, APAC and events in NA when needed.

**What You Will Do**:

- Execute current implemented Percona Road Show in EMEA and the US
- Continue efforts to constantly improve the prospect and customer experience
- Be a marketing advocate in the field providing input and guidance in all demand generation and deal acceleration activities
- Increase brand awareness and help generate qualified leads
- Define and manage ROI measurement plans regarding leads for all events
- Create lists in Hubspot for promoting participation in webinars, campaigns and events
- Provide post-event reports with data-driven analysis including attendee feedback, goal attainment, and recommendations for future event improvements
- Maintain communication with key stakeholders on weekly/monthly status calls

**What You Have Done**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, field marketing and event planning
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus and networking ability
- Be able to perform well under deadlines and be detailed oriented
- Be familiar with working in cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 30% of the time

- Familiarity with Open Source Databases
- Ability to speak multi-langues
