**Your role at Exness**:
You will be responsible for contributing to our further growth and development by building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of clients and partners by increasing their number, lifetime, and value to the company. You will work with a team of professionals with different skill sets who support each other in delivering impactful results.

**You will**:

- Create a pipeline of potential high-value clients and partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the respective customers and our company.
- Build and manage client relationships and retention, coordinate issue resolution, and participate in relevant industry and partner events.
- Develop a deep understanding of respective markets, competitive analyses, and client activities.
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to our business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
- Guide responsible clients to align with company commercial strategies.
- Conduct other client portfolio-related activities as required.

**What we expect from you**:

- Knowledge of financial markets, investments, technical analysis, and macroeconomics
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C key accounts, business development, or sales function
- Eagerness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese
- Upper-intermediate level or above in English
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Willingness to relocate to Uruguay
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail
