Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Altisource. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selecting prospective vendors, guiding them through the certification process, and monitoring their performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Sourcing and Certification: Source and select prospective vendors, guide them through the certification process, and seek performance improvement and cost reduction.
  • Vendor Performance Management: Monitor overall vendor network performance, conduct performance improvement plans, and determine corrective actions for underperforming vendors.
  • Demand Planning: Conduct Demand Planning exercises to determine sourcing needs and enable high client performance.
  • Vendor Termination: Terminate and replace underperforming vendors to improve client SLAs.

Requirements

  • Ability to self-manage and work effectively with autonomy.
  • Experience with communicating daily with assigned vendor network on pending orders, past due orders, and re-allocation of work due to client requirements.
  • Proficiency in Power Point and Excel, with ability to create professional-level decks and visualizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including meeting management, verbal and written communication, and organization/prioritization skills.
