Job Description:

As a critical member of the Altisource Field Services team, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting prospective vendors, guiding them through the certification process, and driving performance improvement and cost reduction.Additionally, you will monitor overall vendor network performance, conduct performance improvement plans, and determine corrective actions for underperforming vendors.You will also play a key role in demand planning, conducting exercises to determine sourcing needs and enable high client performance.Furthermore, you will be responsible for terminating and replacing underperforming vendors to improve client SLAs.

Requirements:

You will be responsible for communicating daily with assigned vendor networks on pending orders, past due orders, and reallocation of work due to client requirements.Comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create professional-level decks and visualizations using data.You must be able to work well under pressure, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, including meeting management, verbal and written communication, and organization/prioritization skills.
