Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our US Talent Acquisition team in Montevideo, UY. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and be responsible for providing exceptional support throughout the recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule interviews with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the process.
- Own the pre-hire onboarding process, background check processing, and ensure new hires are ready for day one.
- Process reports, verify data accuracy, and share with internal stakeholders securely.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and manage relationships with external vendors.
- Utilize effective communication and follow-through as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.
- Participate in process improvement projects and contribute to system testing.
- Maintain confidentiality and focus on data integrity and security.
- Minimum 1-year related professional experience.
- HS Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- Advanced computer software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Workday, HireVue).
- Advanced English level (verbal and written).
