We are seeking a Customer Success Manager dedicated to nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams and clients alike. Convey customer feedback to internal dLocal teams. Cultivate effective, long-term relationships with key clients. Partner with clients to gain insights into their objectives and aspirations. Identify and prioritize customer strategic needs, initiatives, and deployment opportunities to create and align project plans with defined milestones and objectives. Develop methodologies for Customer Success and lead initiatives that enhance productivity. Engage and collaborate with various departments within the organization.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, a keen listener, self-driven, a natural problem solver, and a proficient multi-tasker capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Experience in Customer Success (B2B preferred). Advanced skills in Excel. Background in payments is a significant advantage. Proven experience in Project Management or Customer Success Management with a history of achieving or surpassing program objectives. Willingness to travel.
