What's the role?

  • Develop long-term relationships with our clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to provide valuable insights.
  • Identify and prioritize client needs, goals, and initiatives to align project plans with identified milestones.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and ambitions.
  • Develop effective strategies to drive client success and growth.
  • Interact with various teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

What skills do you need?

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, natural problem solver, and great multi-tasker.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Customer Success experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in payments is a significant advantage.
  • Background in Project Management or Customer Success Management with a proven track record.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Team spirit and proactive behavior.
