What's the role?
- Develop long-term relationships with our clients.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to provide valuable insights.
- Identify and prioritize client needs, goals, and initiatives to align project plans with identified milestones.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and ambitions.
- Develop effective strategies to drive client success and growth.
- Interact with various teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
What skills do you need?
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Self-motivated, natural problem solver, and great multi-tasker.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Customer Success experience, preferably in B2B.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in payments is a significant advantage.
- Background in Project Management or Customer Success Management with a proven track record.
- Ability to travel.
- Team spirit and proactive behavior.
