We are in search of a Customer Success Manager who will focus on nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with both internal teams and clients. Provide insights and feedback from customers to internal dLocal teams. Cultivate effective long-term relationships with key clients. Work alongside customers to gain a deeper understanding of their objectives and aspirations. Identify and prioritize customer strategic needs, initiatives, and deployment opportunities to create and align prioritized project plans for assigned accounts with defined milestones and objectives. Develop methodologies for Customer Success and lead team initiatives that enhance productivity. Engage and collaborate with various departments within the organization.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, an attentive listener, self-driven, a natural problem solver, and an adept multi-tasker capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Experience in Customer Success (B2B preferred). Advanced skills in Excel. Familiarity with payment systems is a significant advantage. Background in Project Management or Customer Success Management with a proven history of achieving or surpassing program objectives. Willingness to travel.
