Job Summary

Sabre Hospitality Solutions is seeking a skilled Account Manager Operations Support to optimize customer retention strategies and enhance customer support in Latin America.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations, coordinating various functions within the company, and ensuring customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly operational reviews with clients in conjunction with Account Managers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including CRM, reporting, and preparation for client visits and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers to meet service levels and maintain company standards.
  • Monitor performance and provide clients with recommendations to optimize operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met from both clients and Sabre.
  • Coordinate across various functions within Sabre to ensure client requirements are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Hold both clients and Sabre accountable for deliverables and decisions to keep projects and programs moving forward.
  • Proactively and diplomatically troubleshoot issues and potential issues with clients to ensure appropriate and relevant internal support is in place.
  • Make decisions based on maintaining a balance between client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and fiscal fortitude.
  • Find opportunities for improvement across all business areas impacted and provide solutions to get better.

Requirements

  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility, independent, customer-friendly, and target-focused.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in CRS or hotel operations.
  • Knowledgeable of hospitality-centric technology and systems with strong technical aptitude.
  • Advanced Excel skills and SynXis CR knowledge.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to deliver complex solutions.
  • Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously.
