**Who we are**

Founded by two former Oracle NetSuite Commerce Professional Services employees that have worked on important projects and hundreds of implementations while in Oracle. Our experience, web programming skills, and understanding of the Suite inspired them to create UNLOCK and serve the needs of NetSuite customers looking to build amazing customer, partner, and vendor experiences on the SUITE.

Responsibilities and Duties_**
- Renew your assigned accounts, sell additional services to expand the NetSuite footprint across the customers’ organizations.
- Establish weekly face to face meetings with customers
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts
- Define outcomes to improve the health, performance, and business capabilities of the prioritized workloads to drive customer value realization
- Track, escalate, and plan for the remediation of potential roadblocks
- Develop industry specific knowledge and expertise and effectively articulate the NetSuite value proposition for all NetSuite offerings.
- Uphold and enhance the value of the UnlockCommerce brand in the marketplace by striving for excellence in everything you do.
- Expand contact base within customers and build opportunities across new business lines

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 3-5 Years sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Top notch organizational skills - ability to create structure and multi-task
- Strong NetSuite solution knowledge with the ability to sell value
- Keen analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills
