Agente de Customer Support (Español & Portugués) es responsable de generar una excelente experiência a nuestros clientes mediante canales de comunicación digital, generar interacción resolutiva y de valor estimulando la relación del usuario con los productos de la compañía. - ¿Qué ofrecemos? Un cargo con semana laboral de lunes a viernes en jornada completa. ¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?
TAREAS PRINCIPALES
Asistir a nuestros clientes a través de los distintos canales de comunicación de Customer Support (Chat de Facebook, Instagram, Plataforma, Omni, Correo electrónico) / Responsable de crear inputs para en conjunto al área de producto para cargar / alimentar las herramientas de automatización y autogestión del usuario / A través de las comunicaciones via canales de Customer Support, motiva un vínculo de valor través de la experiência cliente con la Marca / Registra un seguimiento de solicitudes, consultamos o reclamaciones, fecha, estado, tiempo de resolución y temática de abordaje.
**Requisitos**:
Disponibilidad horaria
- Formación: Bachillerato completo, se valorarán estudios en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. - Experiência: cargos de Customer Support y/o ventas.
