**Objetivo del puesto**:
Optimizar el flujo operativo de personas y proveedores, manteniendo la integridad de las instalaciones de nuestro Cliente.
Brindar un servicio de excelencia al cliente interno, cubriendo demandas, adelantándose a los problemas y cumpliendo con un ambicioso nível de servicio en una empresa en constante movimiento y expansión.
Cumplir con las políticas y procesos corporativos, sumando su aporte como integrante de un equipo en proceso de crecimiento y estandarización regional.

**Responsabilidades**:
Atención de los colaboradores de nuestro Cliente de forma personal, y a través de la Mesa de Ayuda de Oficina. Gestión de visitas.
Gestión integral de los servicios internos (cadetería, catering, papelería, compra de insumos)
Gestión, control y seguimiento de proveedores del área de Facilities.
Gestión, control y seguimiento de los mantenimientos programados y correctivos del site (bajo la responsabilidad del área de Facilities)
Gestión, control y seguimiento del proveedor de limpieza y disponibilidad de toilettes.
Control de la documentación enviada por los proveedores
Realizar las altas y bajas de tarjetas de acceso a los sites.

**Requisitos**:
Full multitasking.
Orientación de servicio al cliente interno y externo.
Discreción total para tratar asuntos sensibles y confidenciales.
Velocidad de respuesta y eficiente seguimiento de asuntos solicitados.
Excelentes relaciones Interpersonales.
Capacidad de adaptarse a los cambios de manera flexible y colaborativa.
Estudiante o graduado de cualquier carrera universitaria vinculada al clima empresarial y la gestión.
Excelente manejo de Office.
