**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the projects bring business value to the company
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
- Identify the stakeholders and manage their expectations
- Specify project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Control project execution, manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Develop communication plans, manage project communications
- Do change management.
- Perform risk management
- Create and maintain necessary project documentation and reporting

**You will**:

- Understand the business processes of the different division teams
- Gather and analyze the project requirements
- Formulate use cases/user stories
- Conduct impact analysis
- Participate in the project acceptance
- Identify opportunities for improvements in teams you are working with
- Manage the division backlog of the tasks/projects related to the partnership with the Data Office Division
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science or engineering or any relevant field
- Proven working experience minimum 2-3 years in project management, ideally in technology and data-related areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
- Proactivity, and self-confidence with minimum supervision required
- Tolerance to changes, readiness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, technology, and science-focused organization.
- Advanced written and spoken English and Native written and spoken in Spanish is a must.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage people without a formal authority
- Ability to get resources for a project in the conditions of high concurrency for certain resources
- Strategic mindset and ability to foresee upcoming opportunities and threats
- Understanding of the Agile principles
- Previous Fintech / Forex experience will be considered as an advantage
- Be transparent, positive, open, friendly, and ready to help
