This position will be a part of the Product Team and reporting to the Head of Prepaid.
**Responsibilities**:
To manage and support Cards operations across our multiple brands:
- Creating/leading the reporting procedures and documentation related to the project and determining and describing the need for improvements, communicating them internally and externally (with the respective providers),
- Supporting the communication between the company and the involved partners (schemes, issuers, processors, manufacturers),
- Support product growth by help determine areas of improvement, new features and improve member UX,
- Help launching new programs, extending to new geographies where opportunities are in line with industry trends.
- Support Marketing campaigns, maintain ongoing relationship and weekly calls with internal stakeholders include but not limited to Product, DevOps, Service Delivery, BI, Risk, Chargeback, CS, VIP, Reconciliations, Finance teams,
- Identifying root cause of cases; providing resolution (related to Product, IT, etc.),
- Preparing reports and recommendations for improve UX and increase our revenues,
- Follow up on our metrics and KPI’s on regular basis to report program management any opportunities or concerns.
- To lead new projects and current processes operational implementation
- Creating and updating new processes, governing the way customer-facing departments handle cardholders’ queries,
- Ensuring all customer-facing departments are prepared to accept new projects, products, processes,
- Supporting ad-hoc projects as directed by the line manager and/or Senior Management,
- Implementing and communicating regulatory or scheme mandates.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to make things happen,
- Excellent organization skills,
- Strong Issuing and Card program experience (+3y),
- Data driven,
- Knowledge of Prepaid industry/cards,
- Strong interpersonal skills; confident with stakeholder management,
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, knowledge of Microsoft Project is an asset,
- High attention to details,
- Understanding of the European payment market,
- Customer Service/Operational experience is an asset.
