We are in the market for a Bookkeeper and Office Manager. We are looking for an individual that can manage our books and perform various administrative and operational tasks.
This is what you’ll do:
- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payables
- Payroll and Expense Management
- Reconciliation of Accounts
- Prepare Sales Proposals and Contracts
- HR Administrative Tasks
- Organize Electronic Files
- Administrative Support to other teams
**Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 10 years of experience in a related field.
