**About the current vacancy**

**Responsibilities
- Proactivity towards customer service and quick response.
- Documentation analysis to comply with internal underwriting guidelines.
- Lead billing and policy issuances.
- Manage monthly/quarterly account reports.

**Requirements
- Customer-oriented vocation.
- Experience in the insurance market is a plus.
- Strong Excel capabilities and computer skills.
- Self-driven and proactive with a “Can do attitude”.
- Ability to foster and develop relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent English level.
