Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Account Executive Jr para sumarse al equipo de Glu, una compañía en constante crecimiento que trabaja con clientes internacionales en el mundo del marketing digital. Buscamos una persona dinámica, proactiva, curiosa y analítica, con capacidad de adaptarse a entornos de alta demanda y cambios constantes.
Requisitos (excluyentes):
Estudiantes avanzados de carreras relacionadas con Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad o afines.
Manejo de paquete Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Manejo de idioma inglés.
Se valorará:
Formación complementaria en marketing digital y formatos publicitarios digitales.
Experiencia en plataformas tales como:
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Estrategias de SEM y Social Media (Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Spotify, etc.)
Otras estrategias o conocimientos digitales
Principales responsabilidades:
Implementar, monitorear y optimizar campañas digitales.
Analizar resultados y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
Presentar reportes y argumentar propuestas de optimización.
Asistir a clientes en todas las etapas del proceso.
Trabajar en equipo y bajo supervisión, colaborando con los equipos de ventas para maximizar el impacto de las campañas.
