**Job Profile Summary**:Manages recovery strategies for critical computing services, as defined by clients, in the event of any major incident. Manages the overall Continuity Program Management services for clients. Manages all needed DR and BCP collateral, conducts table-top exercises, plans for DR exercises coordinates DR exercises and manages changes and projects that impact DR.

**Job Description:
**Essential Job Functions**
- Coordinates and establishes business continuity programs, business resumption planning and disaster recovery programs across multiple platforms for small to large sized clients to ensure business continuity.
- Interfaces with clients, vendors, and company personnel to establish and monitor business continuity plans and procedures for small to medium sized projects.
- Coordinates and monitors table top exercises and disaster recovery exercises. Prepares pre-exercise objectives and post-exercise reports for clients and operations management personnel.
- Investigates, plans, documents, implements, and maintains business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans to meet customer needs.
- Manages changes and projects that have impact on the DR services.
- Advises and formulates crisis management teams to ensure that business continuity plans are implemented consistently across small to medium-sized projects.
- Develops awareness incentives to ensure that clients are of aware of the company business continuity services as well as the policies and procedures associated with said services.
- Assists in coordinating business recovery contracts and controlling annual expenditures related to business continuity contracts.

**Basic Qualifications**
- _2 years experience in disaster planning and business recovery. _
- _2 years of Project experience in IT projects is a must. _
- _Client Facing _
- _2 years of experience working with information technology _
- _2 years of experience working with mainframe and client-server platforms _
- _2 years of experience working with company business recovery offerings and procedures _
- _Advanced English Level**Other Qualifications**
- Willingness to work remotely
- Client facing skills
- Willingness to travel

**Work Environment**
- Remote office
- Office environment occasionally if required per client projects or exercises
