**What is this position about?**

You'll play a vital role in supporting the operations of high-scale customer data pipelines. Your responsibilities include responding to emerging processing problems and collaborating closely with engineering teams to promptly resolve issues.
- Utilizing technical troubleshooting and triaging experience to support operations of high-scale customer data pipelines.
- Promptly responding to emerging processing problems and collaborating closely with engineering teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Supporting the Client Services Team, Product and Engineering Team, and Customer End-users on features that will make our platform easier for customers to use and efficient to maintain.
- Managing critical, time sensitive requests like access provisioning and snapshot management.
- Creating tickets, prioritizing, updating, and escalating.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with SQL.
- Connector knowledge.
- Technical troubleshooting and triaging experience.
- Ability to ask probing questions to understand the client concerns.
- Experience on Jira for support tickets, possibly Zendesk.
- Business acumen.
- Solid communication skills.

**What about languages?**

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication.

**How much experience must I have?**

We're looking for someone with 2+ years' of experience in similar roles.
