Buscamos profesionales con habilidades de comunicación efectiva, gestión del tiempo, adaptabilidad y capacidad de trabajar en equipo.

Esta posición es fundamental para gestionar la nómina del país asignado, abarcando procesos de remuneraciones, asientos contables, compliance, salud laboral y People Analytics.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar la nómina, cumpliendo con las normativas tanto para el personal propio como tercerizado.
- Preparar registros contables y reportes para entidades legales y casa central.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales, de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
- Preparar información para autoridades locales.
- Preparar información para procesos de auditoría.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua del departamento.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência: Mínimo 3 años en procesamiento de nóminas en empresas multinacionales.
- Profesional universitario en Administración, Contabilidad, y/o carreras afines.
- Conocimientos en Legislación Laboral, sistemas de nóminas, SAP Success Factor.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y Power BI.
- Inglés avanzado.
