Incident Management Specialist

**Your role at Exness**:
You will be responsible for managing incident-related activities such as firefighting, updating the documentation and providing support of the incident management process.
**You will**:
Business as Usual (BAU):
- Update Incident Management documentation;
- Provide support during root cause analysis and root cause elimination activities;
- Initiate and monitor actions to investigate patterns and trends to properly classify incidents;
- Understand, identify, analyse and help identify the appropriate solution for different classes of incidents. You can classify and prioritise problems, document their causes and tasks required for root cause elimination;
During an Incident:
- Identify the correct procedures or channels for resolution and monitor resolution activity and progress updates to customers. You understand the relevant change management tools and processes;
- Execute the Incident Management action items with immediate escalation and remediation suggestions for any items unable to complete;
After an Incident:
- Start and monitor the proper RCA procedures for incidents;
- Provide a timeline of Firefighting activities;
- Analyse firefighting activities and suggest upgrades for the Incident Management process;
- Ensure with Business Owners that actions identified from the post mortems are actioned;
- Review lessons learned and drive change that will bring additional stability to the Company;
- Own an issue until a new owner has been found or the problem has been mitigated or resolved;
- Very familiar with Exness products, systems, and responsible owners with the comfort level to work with internal stakeholders;
- Ability to analyse a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Remain calm under pressure while leading people and managing multiple demands;
- Ready to work in the GMT+8 timezone with a flexible schedule;
- Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members;
- Excellent documentation skills inclusive of logging activities and incidents, with the ability to effectively tailor communication of technical issues to various audiences;
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills;
