About the Role
Sabre is seeking a highly skilled Contract Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for producing data-driven reports that drive visibility to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality reports on customer SLA performance, critical incidents, and service credits.
- Conduct data analysis and create visualizations to communicate complex contractual terms and operational performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate tracking sheets, databases, and repositories to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to questions from account directors, billing analysts, and leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex contractual terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with data analysis tools such as Salesforce, SAP, and Qlikview.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales operations and customer service principles.
