About the Role

Sabre is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Support Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our Pricing, Shopping, and Fares support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our airline and agency customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized pricing, shopping, and fares support to Sabre customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Analyze and resolve mid to high complexity level air fares related issues in real-time and certification environments
  • Highlight priority system fixes based on financial impact and usability levels
  • Safeguard Sabre's Fare Guarantee Policy commitments through timely and thorough Agency Debit Memo research
  • Support development and marketing staff with functionality questions, testing issues, and training on new products
  • Track and escalate problems to other technical levels and teams

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Readiness to learn complex airline fares systems
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Previous travel industry experience and Global Distribution System knowledge preferred
  • Basic understanding of Sabre APIs preferred
