Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Contract Pricing Specialist to join our team at Sabre. This role is responsible for translating contract agreements and pricing into SAP, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with various teams to ensure seamless contract life-cycle management.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Translation and Pricing: Translate contract agreements and documents into pricing agreements in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records for pricing conditions, billing/revenue-related data attributes, and contract statuses.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Partner with Billing, Business Units, and Corporate IT teams to ensure effective contract life-cycle management.
  • Contract Management: Update milestones, billing plans, pricing conditions, schedule lines, and notifications in the SAP contract.
  • Support and Validation: Assist the Billing team with pricing validation during monthly invoice and revenue cycles.
  • Mastery Data Management: Review and update critical master data, including profit centers, GL accounts, DIP profiles, list prices, and RA keys, with collaboration with Corp IT.
  • Contract Processing: Perform day-to-day contract processing, reading contracts, and pricing them in SAP, following established steps to ensure accuracy.

Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Language Skills: Advanced English level, both written and verbal.
  • Contract Understanding: Strong understanding of contracts and their implications.
  • Financial or Accounting Experience: Prior experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on contract management.
  • SAP Order-to-Cash Experience: Experience with SAP order-to-cash processes is highly valued.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
